Cameroonian bodybuilder Desmond Chamako, better known as Chamako Pro, continues to make his mark in the world of bodybuilding. Affiliated with the Cameroon Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (FECABOF), the athlete stood out in 2025 by winning three medals in two international competitions.
After his first international appearance in 2023, where he returned home without a medal, Desmond refused to give up. Instead, he went back to work, refining both his physical conditioning and mental strength. His determination paid off, as he returned to the international stage stronger and more focused than ever.
Two Medals in May, Silver in November
The first competition of 2025 took place in May. On that occasion, Desmond Chamako delivered an impressive performance, winning two medals and confirming his steady progress and unwavering commitment to the discipline.
A few months later, in November, he once again defended his colors with pride, this time securing a silver medal. With a total of three medals from two competitions, his 2025 campaign clearly reflects his rise in the global bodybuilding scene.
Official Recognition from FECABOF
Proud of his achievements, Desmond officially presented his medals to the President of FECABOF, Achille Balemagna. The symbolic gesture highlighted the strong support he continues to receive from the federation.
The federation president warmly congratulated the athlete for his accomplishments, his daily hard work, and his contribution to elevating Cameroonian bodybuilding. He encouraged him to keep pushing further and to intensify his preparation ahead of upcoming competitions.
As Cameroon prepares to host the upcoming World Championship, Achille Balemagna promised Desmond 25 invitations, enabling him to perform in front of his family, friends, and supporters while continuing to proudly represent the national flag.
